Please note no externally sourced food or drink is allowed to be consumed at our venues. This includes any birthday cakes that have not been ordered through Mamounia Lounge.
Groups of 8 guests and over must dine from a set menu.
Card Details and Deposits
To confirm your reservation, we must first receive a deposit which will be deducted from your bill. Deposits are taken as follows:
- Groups of up to 5 guests – £5 per person
- Groups of 6 guests and over – £25 per person
Cancellations should be made 48 hours in advance of the date of the reservation. Failure to inform us within this time may result in a charge being applied or loss of deposit.
If the number of guests is changed, we require 48 hours’ notice. If the number is increased on the night, we cannot guarantee extra seats will be provided. Any additional guest must choose from the same set menu chosen by the original party. If any guests do not show up for the reservation, charges may be applied. Should a significant number of guests not show, a cancellation fee may also be applied.
The full reservation party need to arrive a maximum of 30 minutes from reservation period. The table will be held for this amount of time and may be given away afterwards.
Arrivals and Sittings

All table seating is for 2 hours after that time you will be moved to our bar/drinking area.
We will accept the bill payment by using a maximum of 3 cards and the rest in cash.
We must stress that it is the host’s responsibility to calculate/collect all payments from their guests such that only one person deals with a manager on duty to make a payment.
A 12.5% service charge is payable for all group reservations.
We do not accept food or drinks from external sources. We work with an excellent cake supplier and we can provide birthday cakes with an optional personalised message. All cakes can be served with sparklers and a birthday song. The same applies to deserts purchased on the night. Please let us know if you would like us to arrange a cake for you by placing an e-mail order for the cake (view our cake list here). Please note we required 48 hours’ notice for cake orders.
We’re buzzing with live entertainment every Friday and Saturday night. From 20:00 until 01:30 we have a DJ in our lounge on the ground floor.
In our main restaurant area downstairs, you can really get down with live Soul and Arabic music. We also have three belly dance performances; at 20:30, 22:30 and 00:30. Please be aware that this creates a VERY LOUD experience.
There is a £5 per person entertainment charge.
Smart casual. Strictly no hats, no trainers, no shorts.

Please note that although we serve halal food, due to health and safety reasons and space constraints we are unable to offer a designated prayer space in either of our restaurants.
We do not supply high chairs at either of our venues, neither do we have baby changing facilities. After 16:00 we operate an 18+ policy as we cannot guarantee a child friendly environment.
We accept a select number of discount cards. While we will accommodate all groups to the best of our ability, we must ask that bookings are made in advance directly with us. Discounts may not be used in conjunction with any others and do not apply so set menus, afternoon tea or shisha.
Tastecard – Entitles 2 for 1 off a la carte and dessert menu (cheapest items free). At least two courses including a main course must be ordered. Available Monday – Thursday only. Two guests per booking. Availability is limited – advanced booking necessary.
