A Note About Coronavirus

Update: In line with government advice, from the 20th of March we will be closing until further notice. We will reopen once we have been told it is safe to do so. 

If you have paid a deposit and your reservation is cancelled due to our closure, we will endeavour to ensure that these are refunded. We will be in touch with you directly in the coming few days.

Bookings with Vouchers

If you have a voucher, these are the allowances various companies are making:

  • Virgin Experiences will extend all vouchers at no extra cost. There is more information on how to do that here
  • BuyaGift is currently allowing all customers to extend their vouchers for free. You can do so on their website
  • Red Letter Days is also allowing customers to extend their vouchers free of charge. This can be done on their website
  • Wowcher and LivingSocial are extending all vouchers until the end of November 2020

We are unable to continue to provide a delivery and takeaway service. We will continue to keep you updated and encourage you to consult advice as issued by the government.

As we are closed, you will be unable to reach either venue by phone. You can contact us via email instead.
