A Note About Coronavirus
Update: Mamounia Lounge Mayfair is now open! We are able to accept a limited number of eat-in diners – where possible please book in advance. Our shisha terrace is also open. Takeaway services are also now available via Deliveroo. As per the Test and Trace scheme, we will require full contact details from all customers. A minimum distance of 1m will be kept between customers; where possible this will be 2m. Our entertainment programme is not currently running. You can view our Covid-19 Compliance Certificate here. From the 14th of September, all bookings of 6 and over will be split into smaller groups.
Please note that due to various constraints we are running limited menus. You can see our available menus here. We are not yet able to serve afternoon tea. If you have not yet purchased a voucher, we advise you to hold off until we announce that it is available. If you do have a voucher, please see below for options.
Mamounia Lounge Knightsbridge is undergoing refurbishment work and remains closed. We will update you once further information is available on a possible re-opening date. If you have a voucher, please see below for more information.
Bookings with Vouchers
Update: Since our Knightsbridge venue is still not open, we are now advising customers to exchange vouchers for another experience. We are so grateful for your patience so far, but believe that the best solution given the circumstances is to go ahead and use the voucher. You will be able to exchange your voucher for any experience on your voucher provider’s website. The voucher would still need to be in date, so we advise you to seek an extension before exchanging it.
